Shan and her team have been wonderful resources for us during our move to Austin, from recommending a fantastic long distance moving company, to help with furniture and art placement and recommendations for local area service providers. She’s creative, very organized, and such a fun, but professional, person to work with. We couldn’t recommend Shan more highly!
Excellent service!!! We have used Club One Concierge for over 4 years. They are outstanding! Shan and her team are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy! They take care of all our household appointments, manage our home remodels, meet with our home service appts. and do weekly inspections. They take our cars to be serviced, they will rearrange our closets, they do our grocery shopping when asked and can organize our life- if needed! They can do so many varied services for us. We enjoy traveling and since we have Club One Concierge, we can do so without worrying about our home. Shan and her team are there to make sure that our home is safe! I recommend Club One Concierge 100 percent!!!!! They are the BEST!
Shan and her team give me faith in humanity. Incredibly competent at what they do, very easy to work with, and great value for us. We bought a house in Austin, but lived out of state. We wanted to do a fair amount of work to the house, but didn't want to travel frequently due to covid. She helped us to, amongst other things, build a large fence for our pets, repaint the interior of the house, buy furniture, do electrical work, hire a moving company, put in hard wood floors, put in a sport court, the list goes on! She got us multiple bids on everything, and provided insight into which vendors and services we should choose given our budget. Whitney has helped us with organization in the house, and Dorothy found us a great source of raw pet food that is saving us a significant amount of money each month over what we paid before. Can't recommend enough!
