Family-appointed liaison to all service providers (legal, financial, and medical). Book travel, arrange all appointments, locate car and watercraft for purchase and manage inspections/detail/maintenance. On property several times a week to manage housekeeping team, manage projects and greet vendors.

Manage operations for eight homes in Austin and provide daily supervision. Routinely travel to California to liquidate client’s 15,000-square-foot warehouse and 10 storage units to sort items for donation or relocation. Recruit, background check, and process household staff. Plan and manage all parties and activities.
Member of a national house manager support team working with the Private Office to discuss arrangements relating to the household and family. Prepares several homes for arrivals, departures and guests. Plans all parties, menus and purchases unique gifts. Ensures floral installations, fridges stocked and cars detailed upon arrival.
