Member of a national house manager support team working with the Family Office to discuss arrangements relating to the household and family. Prepare several homes for arrivals, departures, and guests. Plan all parties, menus, and purchase unique gifts. Ensure floral installations, fridges stocked and cars detailed upon arrival.
FAMILY ON THE GO
Manage operations for several homes in Austin and provide daily supervision. Routinely sort items for donation, repair or haul. Recruit, background check, and process household staff. Plan and manage all social activities and personal appointments.
Limited Power of Attorney with legal and medical matters. Book travel, manage special events, arrange all appointments, and locate car and watercrafts for purchase. On property several times a week to manage the housekeeping team, household projects, and greet vendors.
Full-time management overseeing operations of newly constructed 17,000sf estate including representation at builder and security meetings, establishing service contracts, hiring private staff, planning all special events and preparing for guest arrivals and departures.
Assist with selection of home furnishings and install prior to arrival. Manage $375k construction project including new fence, sport court, flooring and interiors. Coordination of entire move: moving company selection, car transport, private charter, shut-down services in Nevada and establish new service contracts in Austin.
FAMILY RELOCATION & DAILY MANAGEMENT
Unpack and arrange all personal items prior to family arrival. Collaborate with other team members to ensure family is settled in quickly and comfortably into Austin and provide daily personal assistant and house management services for 20,000sf home.
